_POSIX_MEMLOCK
Enable this option with CONFIG_POSIX_MEMLOCK.
Locking keeps pages resident under CONFIG_DEMAND_PAGING. Without it every
page is resident already and the functions below succeed without effect. See
Memory Locking for the design.
